Eli is one of the founding members of Ark Adjusting. He co-founded the company after serving as a staff adjuster for one of the top five insurance companies in the country. Eli offers a wealth of knowledge with experience as both a field adjuster and a desk adjuster, making him an expert in coverage interpretation and liability decisions.

Eli served his country proudly as a State Trooper in Kansas. His time working the road and serving as a hostage negotiator contribute to the company's core values of service and integrity.

Eli currently holds a coveted certification in accident reconstruction through the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). This certification provides an invaluable benefit as it truly makes Eli an expert in confirming loss-related damages and ruling out unrelated prior damage.

Chad is the co-founder of Ark Adjusting. He started Ark Adjusting after his service with one of the top five insurance companies in the country. Chad offers a plethora of knowledge with his understanding of insurance needs, combined with his vast experience in the auto body industry.

Chad has over 10 years working in body shops and managing service departments. His Platinum I-CAR certification and wide scope of knowledge in the auto industry make him an asset to understanding the individual components of each vehicle, and just what it takes to truly restore vehicles back to pre-loss condition.
